Andy Carey Homers Twice In Yankees Win

Yankees 9, indians 3  (38-19)

The Yankees finished up a sweep over the Indians in grand fashion.  Four Yankees belted a total of five homeruns and it was Andy Carey who led the way with two blasts.  He drove in three while Enos Slaughter, Elston Howard and Hank Bauer all went yard as well.

Johnny Kucks improved to 5-3 on the season.  HE gave up three runs on eight hits and two walks with four strikeouts in the complete game win.
