Chris Chambliss Drives In Three Runs In Yankees Blowout Win Over Orioles

Yankees 8, Orioles 2  (7-8)

The Yankees ran up the scored on the Orioles and it was Chris Chambliss who led the way.  He went two for five with a double, three RBIs and a run while five hitters had two hits.  Also, all eight runs were scored by different Yankees and all eight runs came in the fifth inning.

Ron Guidry improved to 2-0 with a nice start and all of the run support.  He gave up one unearned run on six hits and two walks with two strikeouts in seven innings.  Rich Gossage gave up a run in his two innings of work.
