Ken Holtzman Pitches Yankees to Fourth Straight Win

Yankees 5, Marines 2  (12-9)

The Yankees won their fourth straight game behind a nice outing by Ken Holtzman.  He gave up just two runs on ten hits and two walks with a strikeout in six solid inning.  Sparky Lyle closed it out and picked up his six save with three shutout innings to close out the game.

Chris Chambliss had a nice day at the plate.  He went three for four with a run and an RBI.  Thurman Munson went two three with a walk, a solo homerun and two runs scored in the win.
