Thurman Munson Scores Four Runs In Yankees Third Straigh Win

The Yankees won their third straight game behind some nice hitting by catcher Thurman Munson.  He went four for five with a homerun and four runs scored.  Graig Nettles also had a nice day at the plate.  He went two for four with a three run homer.

Mike Torrez picked up the win and he improved to 5-1 on the season.  He gave up five runs on nine hits and four walks with six strikeouts in another complete game for the the Yankees rotation.
