Yankees 9, Orioles 1  (20-14)

The Yankees finally got back home and to celebrate their homecoming, they hammered the Orioles.  Thurman Munson continued to hit the ball well and he led the way with a nice day at the plate.  He went three for five with a homerun, four RBIs and two runs.  Willie Randolph also had a big day and he went four for four with a double, an RBI and four runs scored.

Lost in all of the offense was a nice start by Ed Figueroa.  He improved to 5-2 with a complete game and he gave up one run on six hits with seven strikeouts.
