Orioles 3, Yankees 2 (29-17)
For the second straight game, the Yankees’ hitters we held in check to the tune of just two runs on three hits. The Yankees big inning came in the second when Paul Blair doubled home a pair of runs but it went downhill from there as the Yankees were held to just one hit the rest of the way.
Ed Figueroa fell to 5-3 despite a decent start. He gave up two runs on seven hits and two walks with six strikeouts in eight innings of work.
