Yankees Offense Held in Check, Six Game Winning Streak Ends in Baltimore

April 26, 1977 at Memorial Stadium

Orioles 6, Yankees 2  (8-9)

The Yankees were held to two runs and Ken Holtzman had a rough start as the Yankees six game winning streak came to an end.  Holtzman dropped to 1-1 and he gave up six runs (five earned) on twelve hits and three walks with a strikeout in seven innings of work.

Thurman Munson had two hits and a run while Bucky Dent doubled and drove in a run.
